Devoted to Caring...Dedicated to Community

Established in 1983, Cabinet Peaks Medical Center Foundation (formerly known as St. John's Lutheran Hospital Foundation) provides vital philanthropic support to Cabinet Peaks Medical Center. As the sole community medical center in the area, we must continually increase our services to meet the needs of a growing population. The expansion of the Cabinet Peaks Medical Center Foundation, and its fundraising efforts, continues to play a paramount role in the delivery of quality healthcare to Lincoln County.
Over the years, the Foundation has raised millions of dollars for the benefit of health and wellness in our area. That money, so graciously given by our donors, has created a $1 million endowment fund, helped purchased countless pieces of medical equipment, build the new Cabinet Peaks facility, as well as bring state-or-the-art wide bore MRI and 3D Mammography to South Lincoln County.

Donate now:

Every donation to the CPMC foundation is vital to our medical center. It's not the size that makes the gift; it is the spirit in which it is given. We appreciate anything you can do to help us continue to provide quality, compassionate care in Lincoln County. And never forget, whether you choose to make a contribution to the Foundation's current campaign, to our Permanent Endowment Fund, or one of our events, we will forever be grateful for your spirit of giving, your commitment to philanthropy, and the quality you help bring to Cabinet Peaks Medical Center.

Why Give to the CPMC Foundation?

Whether for you or your loved ones, you want the best healthcare possible when you need it. Cabinet Peaks Medical Center exists to serve those needs in our region. The Foundation exists to make sure that Cabinet Peaks Medical Center can continue to provide that care for generations to come.
Donors give to the Foundation for many reasons: a concern for the future of Cabinet Peaks Medical Center, a desire to help the community, as a memorial to honor a loved one, or as a planned gift as part of an estate or tax plan. The CPMC Foundation is designed to accommodate all these needs and help our donors while they help us.

Gifting Options

Gifts of Cash

Charitable gifts are most often made in the form of cash or checks. If you itemize your tax deductions, gifts of cash may be fully deductible up to 50% of your adjusted gross income (AGI).

Gifts of Qualified Assets

Stocks, bonds, mutual funds, life insurance policies, real estate, works of art, and other items of value and investments make attractive gifts because their full value is generally deductible from income tax and, if you have held them for more than one year, allow you to by-pass capital gains that would otherwise be due on a sale.

Contact Us

All donations to Cabinet Peaks Medical Center Foundation are tax deductible. Each donor receives a receipt from the Foundation for any donation.
The Executive Director of the Foundation would be happy to sit down with you to discuss your gifting options. The possibilities are endless and tax rewarding! Please call us 406-283-7140 or send us an email.

Playing for Fundsies

The Fundsies tournament is true to its name... we raise FUNDS while having FUN! Our tournament is known for fun on the course and twists on the classic game of golf. Playing for Fundsies is an annual 18-hole, four-person scramble hosted by the Cabinet Peaks Medical Center Foundation. This event also provides lunch for the registered players. The beauty of this tournament is you don't have to be an amazing golfer to join us or win a prize.

Proceeds from this year's Playing for Fundsies will benefit Cabinet Peaks Medical Center.

Please come join us for a fun filled day that raises money for a good cause.

PAINT IT PINK

Donate online to Paint It Pink!

Since Paint It Pink fundraising efforts began in 2007, the fund has helped to provide a digital mammography machine, as well as over 200 free diagnostic and screening mammograms to uninsured area women.

We are so proud of the work that has been accomplished with these fundraising efforts and the PIP program. All that has been done is thanks to a plethora of community partners who have rallied behind this cause, started their own annual fundraising events, asked their customers and employees for donations, and given out of their own pockets. This effort and generosity really is impacting our community and saving local lives.

The Free Mammography Paint It Pink Fund is sitting still very healthy, and we continue to provide free mammograms for local uninsured women. Additionally, the program has expanded to include ultrasounds when necessary to help define abnormal findings on screening mammograms. We are excited about this expansion, and the opportunity to further help our community.

Paint It Pink continues to raise funds for the detection and treatment of breast cancer for the people of Lincoln County. The Paint It Pink Committee uses this money to help purchase equipment directly related to the detection and treatment of breast cancer, provide training for local professionals who help to detect breast cancer, continue to provide mammograms when the original fund depletes, and possibly even help supplement the WINGS Regional Cancer Program with funds earmarked specifically for breast cancer patients.

If you would like to get more involved in the program, we continue to encourage area businesses to hold their own PIP fundraisers and awareness events. If you are planning on holding an event or doing some fundraising, please let us know so we can help you advertise for the cause. We ask that all donations be turned in to Jill Beach at Glacier Bank on or before October 31st each year.

We are fortunate to live in a community that so generously supports and pulls together for great causes like this one.
If you have any questions, please call Paula @ 406-283-7221 or email info@cabinetpeaks.org.

Grateful Patient Program

Perhaps it was a kind word or a smile that brought you or your family member comfort. It could have been a life-saving procedure or a visit from a volunteer during your hospital stay. At Cabinet Peaks Medical Center and Cabinet Peaks Family Medicine, patient care is at the heart of every member of our team.

Sponsored by Cabinet Peaks Medical Center Foundation the Grateful Patient Program provides an opportunity for you to express your gratitude in a very special and meaningful way to the doctors, nurses, and hospital or clinic staff that made a difference to you or your family during your time at Cabinet Peaks Medical Center or Cabinet Peaks Family Medicine.

Gifts from Grateful Patients:

Advance and support healthcare delivery and patient care;
Benefit current programs and services; and
Underwrite the cost of new equipment and technology.

The employee(s) you recognize will be acknowledged and rewarded for the quality, compassionate care they provided you!

When you contribute financially to the Grateful Patient Program, you recognize and celebrate the excellence of care you or a loved one received, and in turn, your appreciation lives on by helping others receive outstanding care.
